Dungeons and Dragons Club will have its second meeting of the year Today after school until 5:00 in Mr. Rivera's room W606. New members are welcome.
Baking Club sign-ups start on Today, in Miss Johnson's room, W605, and bring $20 cash or check to sign up. Baking Club will meet on Tuesdays after school starting October 3rd.
Pet Club will meet this Wednesday in Mr Kohlmann's room E306. All are welcome to come and attend.
WE have two art clubs this year, one for 7th grade and one for 8th grade. The 8th grade club is called Art studio the callout meeting for 8th grade art Studio is during SRT this Wednesday in room E101.
The 7th grade club is called 7th grade art club. They will meet this Thursday in E103 until 4:30.
There is no sign-up, just attend the meetings when you can. There is a flier with meeting dates and projects outside E103."
Come watch the Rocks play Southport at 7pm this Wednesday at Riverview Stadium. Unified Flag Football is a varsity sport open to boys and girls grades 9-12. Any 8th grade students interested in learning about or playing Unified Flag Football next year come out Wednesday and see what’s it’s all about.
The WMS Book Club will meet this Thursday in E811 until 4:15 to discuss This is Where it Ends. Please see Mrs. Anania with any questions.
"Would you like to learn some basic ASL signs and phrases to be able to communicate with people who are deaf? " Come and join the ASL club beginning Friday morning October 6th from 7:45-8:30. Here is a short video to get you started!
Did you know that September is Childhood cancer awareness? Builder's Club, WMS cheerleaders and the 7th grade football team would like to invite you-our student body- to step up this week and help us not only stand up to cancer but ALSO to support our fellow classmate, dylan. Let’s make it a DYLAN STRONG week. Builder's Club will be selling yellow wristbands to show we are Dylan Strong during lunches Wednesday and Thursday. Wristbands will be $1.The cheerleaders will be having a bake sale at the home game on Thursday and the football team will be playing to raise money and awareness for the charity, Alex's Lemonade Stand.
Craft Club starts in October! It will be the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 3:45-4:40, with additional Wednesdays on October 25th and January 31st. Make a seasonal/holiday craft and enjoy a snack! Ms. Strycker's room, E505. Sign up for October 11th meeting BY Monday October 9th, on the signup sheet outside E505.
Do you like playing chess and eating donuts? If so, then it's time for you to sign up for Chessnuts club! Sign-up sheets can be found outside room W501, which is across from the North Gym. First meeting is October 12th from 7:45-8:30am. Contact Mrs. Donathen with any questions.
Congratulations to the 8th Grade girls Volleyball Team. They defeated Franklin Central and Brownsburg West on Saturday to win the NCS Conference title! The Rocks had a complete team effort with everyone contributing in the wins! Jules Miller, Eden Wise, Brooke Neale, Verena Volis, Jaqui Sullivan, Anni Fish, Gwenny Terpening, Reeeeesse Dewing, Olivia Sampia, Eva Clevenger, Andi Huddleston, Brooklyn Wallace and Liv Bates all contributed in the tourney run! The Rocks move to 15-0 on the season and will face off against county rival Fall Creek on Thursday in the first round of County!
